The Life Adjustment Team uses a practical approach to assist people with mental illness live independently in the community. Our interdisciplinary Team of rehabilitation specialists uses state-of-the-art training techniques for teaching the necessary skills to recognize and alleviate symptoms associated with many forms of mental illness.

The Team is always looking for experienced professionals who are interested in a unique and challenging position at our growing outpatient rehabilitation facility. The Life Adjustment Team offers a dynamic and caring workplace, serving a diverse population of clients.

Before you apply

Qualifying candidates must be able to learn and implement treatment programs using our unique outpatient rehabilitation methods. They should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. In addition, they must be available to work a flexible schedule (including occasional evening and weekend assignments) and have reliable transportation with insurance.

An applicant is required to have a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, and two years of experience working with people with severe mental illness.

OUTREACH CLINICAL
SOCIAL WORKER (CSW)

We are seeking a masters level Outreach Clinical Social Worker to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate and provide case management and community support for clients in their homes and communities. Services are provided in accordance with the LAT philosophy, mission, standards, policies, and procedures.

PRIMARY
THERAPIST

We are seeking Group Facilitators with experience working with individuals in an outpatient setting who have a mental health diagnoses, including severe mental illnesses. As a specialized therapist with our program, Group Facilitators lead in-person group psychotherapy sessions using appropriate treatment modalities.
