Meg graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minoring in Sociology, then obtained her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health. She is a registered APCC working toward her licensure plus has extensive experience in residential & outpatient care providing individual therapy and group therapy She has also worked for the Department of Corrections as a caseworker in the psychiatric treatment unit. She is passionate about her work as a therapist and possesses clinical experience working with diverse populations who have varying levels of acuity. She utilizes a variety of modalities including DBT, CBT, positive psychology, mindfulness based practices, and attachment-based interventions to best empower clients in their journey with mental health.
