Sarah joins us with a depth of knowledge from the past 15+ years of working in operations, administration and leadership roles. She gained her experience by running different types of medical facilities, starting with managing chiropractic offices and then transitioning in 2015 to different roles in the behavioral health and substance abuse field. Since being in this field, she has gained a vast understanding of business needs for detox, residential and outpatient programs as well as licensing and accreditation requirements. Having close connections to those who suffer with mental illness and substance use, she is committed to supporting others on their healing journeys and working for a company committed to the same. Sarah is enthused to bring her expertise and big heart to the Life Adjustment Team as the Business Administrator.
