The Life Adjustment Team uses a practical approach to assisting people who have mental illness to live independently in the community. Our interdisciplinary Team of rehabilitation specialists uses state-of-the-art training techniques for teaching the necessary skills to recognize and ameliorate symptoms and deficits associated with many forms of mental illness.

We are looking for experienced professionals who are interested in a unique and challenging position as a Case Manager at our growing outpatient rehabilitation facility.   The Team is a dynamic and caring workplace, serving a diverse population of clients.

Qualifying candidates must be able to learn and implement treatment programs using our unique outpatient rehabilitation methods.   They should have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.   In addition, they must be available to work a flexible schedule (including occasional evening and weekend assignments) and have reliable transportation with insurance.

A master's degree in psychology, social work or a related field and

2 - 3 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 5 - 6 years of experience working with people with severe mental illness is required.

This is a full-time, salaried position.   We offer excellent health insurance, paid vacation and paid personal days off.
